REFUND POLICY

We work hard to always be able to offer the best and freshest products with the best service. If you have bought a product that does not meet the highest quality, we will gladly solve it for you. Please send us an email at info@nisargafresh.nl.

Return Window

The return period begins from the day you receive it or someone else receives it on your behalf.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused.
  • Same condition as received.
  • Must be in original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required.

Exemptions (Non-Returnable)

Perishable goods (fresh vegetables and frozen items).
Personal care items.
Damaged items or missing parts (not due to our error).
Items returned after the 7/14 day window.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company (posting may take time).

3. Contact your bank (processing time often applies).

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us at info@nisargafresh.nl.
